To build this mini Christmas tree, you'll need a 2.5mm thick sheet that can be laser-cut. We use a thin sheet of MDF, similar to what's used in the PCB industry for shipping. The dimensions are as follows: * A single tree requires a 120x120x2.5mm sheet * A pack of six trees needs a 297x210x2.5mm sheet Both .dxf files are available for download. We cut these sheets using a Gravograph LS100IQ laser cutter with the following settings: * Power: 100% * Speed: 15% To assemble the tree, we use wood glue to keep all the pieces together in place.
