I took a vintage Christmas Tree model and adapted it in Tinkercad to create a hole within its cone shape. The model was then printed with Exelvan's transparent filament using Vase Mode for a clearer finish, as well as Yellow Gold from Filamentive for an alternate color option. The base of the tree was designed in Tinkercad, utilizing the Christman Tree.stl file to create an indentation that precisely fit the diameter of my LED candles. The 36mm candle size necessitated a 36.25mm hole to ensure a snug fit. Next, I inserted the LED candle into the base and secured it with hot glue. Additional hot glue was applied to firmly attach the Christmas Tree model to its base. To prevent scratching or movement, sticky felt pads were attached to the base of the tree.
