The STL was converted to SVG for precision cutting on a high-end laser cutter, after which the three separate components were meticulously cut out of 1/8-inch thick plywood using the Glowforge's advanced technology. The various sections were then carefully assembled with a strong adhesive, resulting in a sturdy and cohesive unit made from premium plywood material.
