Christmas Star - on top of the tree or as ornament
thingiverse
In the files section, you will find the complete pattern to print - however, to accommodate larger sizes of the star, I opted to divide it into easy-to-print parts, which I highly recommend using though it necessitates assembly afterwards - printing easier and without support. The star is on a 1:1 scale for what I typically use as the tree top - but feel free to scale it to fit your requirements (just remember to scale each part equally). Merry Christmas! (See guidelines) Instructions Zero infill and 2 shells to provide stability - do as you wish, this star prints effortlessly. Star assembly: 6 x Center pieces 10 x Standard points Print the sixth point based on your need: 1 x Ornament point (with a hole in it for hanging) 1 x Rod point (with a hole for a rod so it can be attached to a Christmas tree) 3 x Standard points (If you want an alternate star) Depending on the accuracy of your printer, you might have to sand the bottom edges for them to snap into the center piece. Secure with a dab of glue.
