This holder should function on standard Windows and provide the additional clearance required. It also has the advantage that you can still open the window. The thin component attaches inside but should not compromise the sealing of the window. My window frame is 18mm thick, including the seal. I assume this is a standard dimension, but if it's not, feel free to request an alternative version. The thin part is 0.5mm thick, making it printable with most usual 0.4mm nozzles. I used PETG as material, and while PLA might be suitable for the front part, I'm unsure about its durability for the back component.
