The holes in these were not designed to initially accommodate lights, so they don't match a specific LED holder diameter. I added them as decoration only. I print each letter to the maximum size possible on my printer's bed and the entire sign measures 23 inches long. The word HAPPY is meant to rest on top of the word XMAS and I built extensions at the back.
