A Unique Holiday Gift: A Customizable 3D Printed Christmas Card. Easily Mailable, the Reindeer Model Can Be Assembled from Its Supportive Frame with a Simple Snap. I Designed This Special Card for Christmas 2015, and Had It Professionally Printed on High-Quality A6 Paper. Next, I Used My 3D Printer to Create the Models and Attach Them to the Front of the Cards Using Tiny Micro Glue Dots. To Ensure That Your Final Print Fits Together Smoothly, You May Need to Adjust Your Printer's Settings. As You Can Imagine, the Tolerances Are Very Small. Included with the STL File Are 3D Renders Used for the Fronts of the Printed Cards and Vector Graphics for the Insides, Including Assembly Instructions. Bonus: A Laser-Cut Version of This Card Kit Due to Popular Demand, I've Added Files for Laser Cutting This Customizable Card. Designed to Fit an A6 Card Front, It Requires 1.5mm Ply Stock and Takes Advantage of Four Layers/Colours: Red: Use Your Laser's Settings for a Simple Cut on the Material. Black: Employ Dot Mode with Red Settings at a 0.3mm Interval and 10mm Dot Length to Allow Recipients to Assemble the Model. Blue: Perform a Light Cut/Etch Using Faster, Lower-Power Cuts to Draw Details and Instructions. Green: Use Dot Mode with Red Settings at a 0.2mm Interval and 50mm Dot Length to Separate the Cut Cards from the Cutting Stock.
