Christmas Ornaments from Pentagrams

Christmas Ornaments from Pentagrams

thingiverse

Two Christmas ornaments feature pentagram designs, each constructed by replacing dodecahedron faces. In one case, equilateral triangles fill gaps between pentagrams to form a polyhedron - the small ditrigonal icosidodecahedron or small triambic iconsidodecahedron. Alternatively, slabs of pentagrams create a self-supporting ornament. Both can be printed directly on the build surface; the open design may require some cleanup but is durable.
