Christmas Glass Ball Ornament Protector

I needed some protective storage cases for some custom glass ball Christmas ornaments. I was surprised when I couldn't find any models online so I made a super simple solid "hatbox" design. In addition to ornaments, it should be suitable for other knick-knacks, baubles, or bric-a-brac. Or cashews. Whatever. The design is very strong, prints without supports and requires no assembly except putting the lid on. However, the design is relatively slow to print and uses a lot of plastic since it's basically solid. I played around with some designs and came up with an alternative that uses a fraction of the plastic, prints way faster, and has good strength in all directions. Check this model out if a lighter print sounds preferable: Optimized Christmas Glass Ball Ornament Protector To protect the finish of the ornament, I suggest wrapping it in a small sheet of bubble wrap or foam before putting it in the storage box. The inside diameter is 90 mm and the height is 100mm, which is just right for a standard 2.5"/65 mm glass ball wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap.
