I purchased a collection of pre-soldered WS2812 RGB LEDs. They arrive on a compact carrier board measuring 10mm in diameter. Each LED module includes a 5v power supply, ground wire, and both Data In and Data Out connections. I created this tiny Christmas star to house the LEDs while also providing a convenient hanging loop at the top. My pre-programmed WS2812 RGB LEDs are powered by a Raspberry Pi zero, utilizing a Python script that draws data from the Cheerlights feed.
