I'm actually planning on starting this massive project in February, but I had the idea back at Christmas when it hit me - with 24 grandkids and 3 great-grandkids, we're talking about an entire army of little ones to spoil. And let's be honest, one down, 23 to go is a pretty daunting task, even for someone as excited as I am about this whole thing. What a ridiculously amazing set of Christmas lights we've got going on here!
