3D model for printing a Christmas tree ball with the inscription Directed by ROBERT B. WEIDE. The model is prefabricated. Ball diameter 80 mm. All uploaded model files must be printed twice without using mirroring. The fastening of the parts is improved by installing pins in the form of filament rod pieces with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a length of 4-5 mm. Before assembly, I recommend that you additionally expand the holes for the pins with a 1.8 mm drill. Assembly order: 1 Place (glue) both halves of the ball. 2 Insert the 4 pieces of the bow into the ball, spreading glue where the pins meet. In addition, you can spread a little glue on the inner walls of the ball, which border the bow (but this is not necessary). 3 Glue the two Bow 1 pieces together with glue. 4 Glue the two halves of the Lug piece together with glue. 5 File the hole in the resulting part according to step 3 for a good fit of the Lug part 6 Insert the Lug x2 part into the Bow 1 x2 part. Do not glue these parts together. The Lug should rotate as needed. 7 Place the glue assembly obtained in step 6 on the ball.
