Christmas Antlers
thingiverse
I meticulously crafted these custom Antlers for my adorable beagle in Zbrush, purely for fun. To add an extra dimension, I cleverly inserted L.E.D. lights into hollow tubes from repurposed old shoe laces that I had salvaged after a neon night color run. Designed with ease of printing in mind, this model requires clear material and doesn't need support, resulting in a lightweight skeleton. By threading the L.E.D.s and creating precision holes for on/off switches, I made the installation seamless. To secure a snug fit around my dog's chin, I stretched rubber bands over carefully designed indentations at the bottom points, necessitating a quick tweak with a flush cut saw to deepen them slightly, thereby providing a better grip for the rubber straps.
