I was pushing the limits on realistic proportions and textures in this exercise. My goal was to tackle more intricate fabric and a highly detailed skin texture. Big thanks to my buddy Chris for posing for this character. Typically, I'm pretty cautious with my textures and polycount, which is fine for stylized work but not ideal when you need to deliver high detail. So, I decided to go all out on this one - handing out tens of thousands of triangles and 4k texture maps like they were going out of style.
