Chris stopped by the Big Bang Fair and got scanned with our 3D scanning rig, which boasts an impressive array of 96 DSLR cameras that collectively capture a staggering 1.8 gigapixels of data for each scan. We teamed up with CapturingReality.com to process the data - their software is designed to analyze each image, pinpointing unique points on each one and then mapping those points into 3D space if they appear in multiple images.
