EDIT: I originally listed this as the 30mm version, my mistake! It's actually the 24mm version. EDIT2: Using the same part with 40% infill three times while adjusting spacers results in a rounded-out 3/8" drive section when torquing. Increasing infill will be necessary for longer use. Finding an install tool for externally threaded Chris King bottom brackets is frustrating, as they're consistently out of stock everywhere. With over 100 Park Tool versions to choose from, I designed my own for the 24mm version. This design is still a work in progress, but the uploaded model will work and fits a 3/8" drive wrench. It's designed to fit snugly on both the bottom bracket and the wrench to minimize slippage. If it feels too tight, you can scale it up by one or two percent in Cura. Test models printed with PLA Plus show impressive strength. Using PETG allows for the necessary torque (40Nm) to be applied to the bottom bracket without worrying about breakage. Adding more infill is an option for increased strength, but 40% worked for me for three uses before the 3/8" drive section rounded out. I'll update this with additional information as I continue working on the design.
