This parts & accessories correspond to state-of-the-art Absorption chiller technology. The size is designed for a refrigeration capacity of 1500 tons (NET) under standard operating conditions: chilled water at +12°C inlet and +7°C outlet, cooling water at +30°C inlet and +36.5°C outlet. It can accommodate exhaust gases from a gas turbine or other heat sources with temperatures between +350°C and +600°C. The design is based on experience with CHP (Combined Heat+Power Cogeneration Energy Plants) and information from a trusted South Korean supplier of SERIES-FLOW technology, which offers reliable absorption chillers for large cooling plants operating TIAC (Turbine Inlet Air Cooling). This technology improves gas turbine performance in hot environments and recovers up to 20% power capacity when ambient temperature reaches +35°C. Standard manufacturing sizes range from 100-RT (351 KW) to 1500-RT (5.275 KW). Larger sizes are available, but multiple standard sets are recommended for optimal performance. The project (CHP 1500 RT Absorption Chiller) was developed using Solidworks 2014 and IGES (*.igs) files are provided for non-Solidworks users.
