People don't use sticks like that to eat off. It's definitely some kind of tool but you're eating a bowl with this and there's a weird little piece that goes between the handle of the chopstick and where it forks in at the top so if someone handed me one I'd look down on it real hard to try and see how in the world something made like that would ever be able to function.
