Various chopper wheels are tested to 6000RPM in PLA. The triangle wheel is ideal for the largest duty cycle variation, making it perfect when you don't want to heat a sample. The trumpet wheel has slightly less duty cycle variation but a higher pulse rate. The small chopper_wheel1 is just a generic slotted wheel and might be too small for the 1'' DC motor it was designed for. For the 1'' DC motor, check out the optics table style 1'' optic/motor mount with mounting strap offered on thingiverse under DOCPHOTON. This combo pairs well with these wheels.
