Adapter ring allows one inch chop saw blade to be installed on 20mm arbor saw. Choose tallest ring that still lets blade clamp close fully. 5mm worked best, but size may vary depending on specific needs. Ring is usually thicker than the blade due to hollowed out blade clamp and gap next to arbor. If different thickness is required, simply adjust Z scale to desired measurement. Printing recommendations include 50% fill and 0.2 mm layer height with no support needed. No brim was necessary for this print. Verify max RPM of the blade and compare it to saw specifications: large toothed blades may not handle high spinning speeds found in larger 12-14" chop saws designed for abrasive disks.
