Chomas Cameo 4 Adapter

This is an adapter for Chomas Engraving Tips designed specifically for Silhouette machines. It appears that the original tip was created with Cameo 2 in mind, but it also works on Cameo 3 machines if a spacer is added. However, it fails to function properly on Cameo 4 machines. The adapter makes the tip fit perfectly into the tool holder of Cameo 4 machines. To do this, simply clip it onto the lowest ring with the open end facing upwards, then wrap masking tape around the lower portion several times to make the lower part wide enough to hold snugly within the tool. This adapter allows the clip for tools to attach securely to the engraver tip. Keep in mind that the adapter does not ensure the tool is snug in the center of the tool holder. Use masking tape to achieve this. It's also essential to use "Sketch" instead of "Cut" when operating with this adapter. Using "Cut" can cause the tool to drag just before and after each line, making it seem like the tool isn't properly seated when it actually is.
