Choker Clasp

I created a choker-style necklace from WS2811 addressable LED strand, measuring 1cm wide, which I already had on hand. The design process involved several iterations until I settled on this mechanism. It employs a clipping system inspired by the CLASP Simpler Watchband design. Initially, I modeled and used a simple connector similar to a clasp, but discovered that the choker would occasionally come undone when I tightened my neck. To address this issue, I added a small tooth that hooks into one of the sewable holes in the male end. By sewing in the corresponding female part with the tooth facing outward, a snug fit ensures the tooth clicks into place, securely attaching the clasp while still allowing for easy removal.
