This is a Critical Obstruction Risk Evaluation Cylinder, as mandated in the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's Small Articles for Playthings and Children's Goods Business Manual. Any part or plaything, including sections that may detach from the toy, which fit snugly within this cylinder, can be considered a potential choking peril. Verify dimensions after printing carefully. Do NOT ENLARGE OR SHRINK. Altering the size of the printed cylinder will render any tests invalid and thwart the purpose of this evaluation cylinder entirely.
