Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, being careful not to overcook them - just until they barely lose their shape and stir to liquefy them. 3. Apply a thin layer of oil to both halves of the mold to ensure smooth removal. 4. Fill each half of the mold with melted chocolate separately, making sure to cover the ears completely without getting air bubbles in the process. 5. Combine the two halves and fill any remaining space through the large hole at the bottom. 6. Add a final piece to the mold and insert your chosen stick or skewer. 7. Refrigerate until set. 8. Carefully remove the chocolate Totoro, taking care not to break off the ears in the process.
