This is a chocolate mold designed for praline apples of chocolate with apple cream filling. Suitable for commercial use in confectionery factories, chocolateries or home purposes, it allows automatic production of desserts. To use it, place the flat mold vertically and fill it with liquid chocolate. Swing the mold back and forth to form a shaped wall of chocolate. Next, fill the chocolate mold with apple cream and pour thin chocolate (half-way) in the form. The dessert can be produced either in half or full form - for half, leave some space free and pour liquid chocolate over it. Alternatively, create friction heat by rubbing the surfaces together quickly to solidify the chocolate. The design is made using SolidWorks software.
