This is a pipe chock i made so i can just drive a wood screw through it and the 4x4 board instead of using the tedious nail and hammer. works pretty good so far holding 48,000 lbs of pipe. Printed with a 0.8mm nozzle so print time was fairly quick, just a few hours. I didnt use supports but for those looking for added security (which is not needed) you can add supports on the inside of the wedge. .6 layer height .8 line width 95% flow 3 walls 3 top and bottom layers 250c nozzle 100c bed 40mm/s speed 1.5 retraction distance 50mm/s retraction speed Printed with a qidi imates S. Could also print in nylon or PC but ABS is plenty strong.
