Organizing three Chobani yogurt single serve cups, or comparable items, in your fridge can be accomplished using my 3D printer. It can produce one holder that is two and a half cups tall, enabling you to stack three cups on top of each other. If your printer can print a taller one, you may need to adjust the dimensions accordingly, while ensuring there is enough clearance above it to easily lift the cup up and out. I'm providing two versions: one includes clips that enable you to latch multiple holders together, and the other does not. It's unlikely you'll need to add supports, a raft, or a brim when printing these holders.
