Upgrade for Chitauri Scepter with PLA Printed Gem A work-in-progress upgrade is available for the Chitauri Scepter, replacing its gem with a 3D printed translucent PLA (blue in my case). The other parts should be printed in black and painted if not. This includes the gem cup, gem brackets, and gem. Electrical specifics will be updated soon; presently, it utilizes six LEDs powered by a 9V battery, with plans for a new design allowing pulsing and color-cycling (white and blue) to enhance the crystal's lifelike appearance.
