Chiron X-Axis Tensioner

Chiron X-Axis Tensioner

thingiverse

I wasn't thrilled with the idea that the X-Axis stop position would shift every time I tightened the X-Axis belt slightly. To address this issue, I remixed aerotronic's CR-10 Tensioner, available at "https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3047881", which is itself a remix of Cornely_Cool's design, accessible at "https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854971". I would like to extend credit to the original designers for their hard work; all I did was modify the part to accommodate the proper X-Axis stop position. After printing this custom tensioner for around 10 hours, it has been functioning flawlessly so far. I will be sure to provide an update if any issues arise in the future. The body of this design fits snugly onto the 2020 extrusion, but required some light sanding to ensure a secure fit.
