Chiron hotend housing for silent fan and optimised cablechain

thingiverse

This housing is designed specifically to accommodate a 40x40 Noctua silent fan. The nozzle-cooling has been upgraded with the Thingiverse part "Anycubic Chiron simple 40mm fan mount". A connection point for this fanduct is already integrated into the design. Due to issues with poor contact on the cable connectors coming out of the cablechain, I made the decision to relocate the connector to the right side and also repair the cable itself after the cablechain. Everything has been designed with the original extruder in mind. You may need different screws M3 to connect the fanduct and fans to the housing. Edit: Using a DC-DC Converter (required for switching to a Noctua fan) appears to cause damage to the boards! It's recommended to stay at 24V.
