This device attaches securely to a rail and cradles a dial gauge snugly. You can effortlessly move the holder along the rail from left to right with ease. Utilize this accessory in conjunction with the dial gauge to level your workbench efficiently. Instructions: 1) Home all axis without attaching the gauge. 2) Position the gauge on the rail as shown, allowing it to slide smoothly from side to side when needed. 3) Observe the reading indicated by the gauge; it should fall between 25 and 35 for all measurement points. (The scale features markings at 0.01mm intervals.) Simply move your workbench manually to the rear and take readings on the front left and right sections. Adjust the workbench knobs as necessary to achieve a reading within the 25-35 range. Repeat this process for each section of the workbench by sliding it forward to the center and then back, without needing to adjust the Z-axis. Print this design using any material you prefer: PLA, ABS, or PETG. Supports are not required. To add strength, print with three perimeters and a minimum infill of 15%. A layer height of 0.3mm is recommended.
