Aged Tool fragment Found at Hardaway site (31St4), situated in Stanly County, North Carolina. Dated to Early Archaic period, spanning from 8000-6000 BC. Crafted from hard metavolcanic rock material. Measuring 134.9 mm in length, 54.0 mm in width, and a thickness of 14.4 mm. Acquired through donation by Herbert M. Doerschuk to the North Carolina Archaeological Collection at Research Laboratories of Archaeology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Digital model created by Chris LaMack.
