chipless milling path check
thingiverse
This litte tools is to replace the milling cutter for checking whether the programmed milling path is correct. It fits in a KATSU/Makita drilling machine for CNC usage. The pencil is slightly pressed down by a little spring (e.g. of a ballpoint pen), to draw the line. I use 1mm down the Z-axe. Recommendation: do not sharpen the pencil too much, but leave it a little dull. Enjoy.
