Chip-e Minion
thingiverse
I'm excited to share this Remix of Chip-E Robot, a fusion of two popular projects: Chip-E by RoboGeek and Minion from Despicable Me by zen13. My passion for robotics and 3D printing drove me to merge these two characters into one unique creation. To bring this project to life, I combined elements from two previous designs published on this site: Minion from Despicable Me by zen13 and Chip-E - RobotGeek Biped by robotgeek. The technical remixing was done using Tinkercad and 3D tools. The idea for the Minion design came from a cartoon my child loves, and I decided to use it as inspiration for this remix. Although I don't have all the electronics needed for Chip-E yet, I plan to use the components that could be provided as a prize for creating a video tutorial on how to make this project. I created holes and semicircular empty areas in the structure to make it lightweight and easy to assemble the electronics and mechanical parts. The arms are not included, so I'll likely use the original arms drawn by zen13 to recreate them at the correct size. Here's what you need to print for the new Chip-E design: * minion_chip-e_head.stl * minion_chip-e_left_foot.stl * minion_chip-e_right_foot.stl * minion_chip-e_body.stl And here are the original Chip-E parts that you'll need to print: * Shoe_Left.stl * Shoe_Right.stl
