You'll want a straightforward design for clipping bags of snacks, something like this clip used for both coffee and chips. To make it, simply use an ordered scale in centimeters; if you need more room to grab chips or other large items, increase the clip's height by adjusting it as needed. Before 3D printing, I made some necessary changes to ensure a proper size - starting in makerware, I scaled the project once opened, switching from inches to millimeters in the process.
