Chip Clip
thingiverse
I created this after seeing the chip clip that "thatdude902" made, and I completely reworked it because the original model had too many sharp edges that would cut through the elastics. I changed the teeth on mine so they print better and rounded out all of the edges to prevent the elastics from breaking - unfortunately, it still happens sometimes. To stop the elastics from breaking, try these things: 1. Print in the smallest layer height you can manage reliably. Smaller layer heights will smooth out the rounded edges much better. 2. Use a heat gun to smooth out the edges near the elastic band. 3. Try using bungee cord instead - it's very resistant to wear and tear. 4. Use hair ties, which are similar to the idea of using bungee cord.
