So here's Chip, a tiny cup with a chip in the side from the 1991 animated film. I crafted the model using Fusion 360's sculpting environment to get the main shape just right. Then I finished up the face details with precision sketches. After it was finished printing, my wife got creative. She started by applying automotive filler primer, then used acrylic paints and paintbrushes to bring him to life. Finally, she gave him a glossy clear coat finish.
