Welcome everyone! I'm excited to share a complete set of Japanese-styled zodiac figures with you today. These twelve figures are painted in a unique style that brings a humorous twist to each animal of the zodiac circle. These fun and quirky figures can be used to fill interior scenes, or you can use them however you like. For example, you can print them out and color them by hand - it's up to you! This set comes with separate textures for all the figures, which can be found in the Textures archive. You'll also find two files in 3dsmax 2018 format: one with standard materials and another with customized Vray materials. I hope you enjoy these models as much as I do! Before we dive in, let me remind you of a fascinating legend about the origin of these iconic animals: A loyal servant of the Jade Emperor was tasked with finding the 12 most beautiful animals and bringing them back to reward them at an audience scheduled for 6:00 AM. The servant quickly found the Rat and invited her along, followed by the Bull, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, and Dog. However, when searching for a cat, he couldn't find one awake - it was still fast asleep! So, he asked the Rat to deliver an invitation to the cat. The Rat obliged, but upon seeing the Cat's beauty, she realized that she wouldn't stand a chance against her in the competition. The Rat decided not to wake the cat and instead went ahead with the other animals to the audience. Everyone arrived on time except for the cat, who finally woke up and ran all the way to the palace - but unfortunately, all the seats were already taken! From that day forward, the Cat and the Rat have been sworn enemies, their rivalry running deep.
