Chinese Zodiac Pentominoes

In search of a remake of Sabu Oguro's original puzzle, I discovered dxf files for each piece on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1453). To enhance the design, I modified each file to smooth the corners and create a single path for easy laser cutting. Additionally, I added a tray to hold all pieces in the basic shape. Regardless of material thickness or type, 3mm laser ply works well for this project.
