Chinese traditional Lantern C
3docean
This model originates from traditional Chinese lighting tools - lanterns. In ancient times, it was a highly prized decoration and light source for the wealthy, but today it's commonly used by modern Chinese people during festive occasions and celebrations. When uploading this model, it coincidentally falls near China's traditional Spring Festival. Typically, you'll find it suspended in residential entrances, eaves, or other areas - not designed for handheld use. To customize the lantern, simply modify the black and white mask map to display patterns on its surface. I've made an effort to ensure that my modifications match the original material and shape. The scenes are measured in centimeters. I hope you find this model satisfactory. Model formats include .max (3ds max 2010 Scanline/Vray/finalrender), .fbx (FBX 2013.3 Export Settings), .obj (Multi Format), and .3ds (Multi Format). For rendering, I've used 3ds max 2010 and Vray 2.40 (or finalrender R3.5). If you require different formats, please let me know.
