Chinese CNC spindle vacuum

I designed a custom spindle vacuum for my 3020 CNC router. The spindle vacuum is specifically designed for use with a 500W BLDC spindle, but it can also work seamlessly with other Chinese spindles. I have also created this spindle vacuum for the 400w DC brushed spindle and I'm happy to provide the .stl file upon request. To assemble the spindle vacuum, you will need M4 screws and nuts. Additionally, you'll require two x 10*2 mm magnets for the quick mounting brush component. For the brush part, you'll need to attach a flexible material to the furrow using glue. I chose to use the inner tube of a bicycle tire that I had previously cut out. Once assembled, simply connect a standard vacuum cleaner nozzle to the hole and it's ready to work. The result is a great functioning spindle vacuum that gets the job done efficiently.
