I have a super-cheap i3 China clone as my test printer which was delivered with a cracked screw hole. So I measured out the necessary holes and sizes and hacked one out in OpenSCAD. Print-time: 2x 4 hours. 2017-02-13: Updated model to be perfectly symmetrical. Print Settings Printer Brand: Makerbot Printer: Makerbot Replicator Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 35% Honeycomb Notes: You may have to turn it so the bearing holders will face upwards. On my Makerbot Extended it perfectly fits onto the build plate with (sliced with Slic3r): X-Offset: 34,23mm Y-Offset: -85,12mm Z-Offset: 129,0mm X-Size: 180,78mm Y-Size: 180,78mm Z-Size: 10,50mm X-Rotation: 0° Y-Rotation: 185,00° Z-Rotation: 135,00° Post-Printing Assembly You'll need to print 3 of these and glue & secure them together.
