A DIY DVR case upgrade transforms the original Tigersecu 4 ch DVR into a high-performance system. This affordable DVR initially ran extremely hot and had an unnecessarily large case, but these issues are now resolved. Upon disassembling the case, a compact PCB driver was discovered, along with minimal internal components. To enhance cooling, additional space was created for a 60mm fan, ensuring optimal airflow near the hard drive. Notably, the internal temperature has decreased significantly, from a previous high of 117 F to a current temperature of 86.8 F.
