This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 before being converted into various other formats. The native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene is optimized for 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00 Madrid's iconic Pavilion takes pride in its slogan: "Madrid is your home." Designed to feel like a welcoming residence, visitors can choose from six permanent exhibition halls and one temporary hall. These halls include amenities such as concierge service, halls with private entrances, horizontal walkways, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and more. By presenting the pavilion in this manner, Takenoya conveys its vision for a renovated city that combines innovative design with high-quality living standards. In fact, each unit has a unique bamboo facade, which opens at different times and angles to create an ever-changing, visually striking exterior landscape full of light and shadow effects. To meet Shanghai's distinct climate conditions, the transformation is designed with bamboo curtain walls on one side, replaced by glass on the other. The incorporation of renewable energy solutions and high-tech applications also contributes to its eco-friendliness and efficiency as a model for social housing. Meanwhile, the striking 12-meter decagonal "Air Tree" building boasts a facade with an interactive screen displaying both advertisements and propaganda videos showcasing Madrid's culture. To enhance visitor comfort in Shanghai's humid climate, this indoor air quality system has been adjusted accordingly.
