The original design of a Tronxy X5SA printer has the Y end stop switch mounted on a plate at the OUTER frame side. There it is not covered / protected (as can be seen on the 2nd last picture).It can quite easily be moved to the INNER side of the same frame 2020 profile.The only problem to solve is the bolt (and nut) of the twin idler sitting there is blocking part of the space required (as can be seen on the last picture).To overcome this, some re-work on the original Y end stop plate is required.Here is the result...
