Photogrammetric mapping of the Chimney Rock National Monument in Colorado is accomplished through a complex process. Utilizing 3,466 high-resolution aerial images taken over an expansive area exceeding six square kilometers, expert analysts at the Department of Anthropology construct precise maps with Agisoft Photoscan software. Gerardo Gutiérrez serves as the principal investigator overseeing this project, known as the Project Map.
