Chimera version of FLSUN Cube Adjustable Stock Sensor Mount

Updated adjustable stock sensor mount now complements my new Chimera version hot-end plate perfectly. The latter, available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2995865, pairs seamlessly with MoonDoctor's x-carriage found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2553911. This clever design allows me to fine-tune the sensor position for printing on 2.82mm thick mirror glass, despite its limited range of approximately 3.5mm. With each turn of the adjusting screws, the sensor shifts by a precise 0.5mm. To maximize clearance and minimize waste, I strive to set my z-offset as close to zero as possible. In practice, I've found that achieving a z-offset of around 0.3-0.5mm is sufficient for most printing tasks. However, going any lower occasionally causes the sensor to fail to detect the bed before the nozzle strikes it, necessitating manual intervention to prevent damage. I attribute this issue to sensor accuracy and consistency limitations rather than the design itself. The updated mount still utilizes the same slide as its predecessor.
