The mount for the standard Chimera by Racush is a good design, but the standard Chimera has been discontinued by E3D. Although clones like the Th3D ones are still sold and they follow the old better design. I purchased a Chimera+ clone that had integrated PTFE fittings. This was a horrible choice because when closing it with clips, the tube goes up leaving a gap between the heatbreak and the PTFE, and there is no way around it since you can't compensate by making the heatbreak higher as it would lead to misaligning the two nozzles. So I suggest the old style Chimera which is better with side grub screws for easier access. This said, the mount by Racush didn't perfectly fit my Chimera+ clone because the clips needed extra space. Therefore, I made this remix to add clearance for them. This version will work with both standard Chimera and Chimera+. In order to install this, you must: 1. Assemble the heater blocks with its nozzle and heatbreak. 2. Insert them in the Chimera heatsink. 3. Print this part by Racush and calibrate the nozzle Z offset if you have a standard 30mm width heatsink: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3043475 or my remixed part if your heatsink has a width of 32mm (and nozzle offset being 20 mm instead of 18 mm) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3872025 4. Print my mount and insert the needed nuts in it. 5. Print the cooling duct from this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3266111/files 5.1 If you want to put the nozzle lower for better clearance on the heater block, use my 5mm extended fan duct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4143956 5.2 Print the ABL support from this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4148197 5.3 Install the EZABL support. 6. Install the mount. 7. Attach the cooling duct to my mount. 8. Make the PTFE tubes pass through the holes in my mount and insert them in the heatsink, make pressure and insert the clip. 9. Make the heatsink sit flush from the underside of the mount and screw it with the 3 top screws. If you want to use a 40mm fan instead of the 30mm one for better cooling, download the duct from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/ X offset (nozzle 0): 0 X offset (nozzle 1): depends on your own Chimera heatsink (18 or 20 mm) Y offset (nozzle 0): +20 mm Y offset (nozzle 1): +20 mm
