Created these to use for the prize/trophy at my block's Chili Cookoff last fall. They were a huge hit! Printed the large version for trophies and printed small versions (just scale to 50%) to give away to the kids and other participants. I have attached .stl for all objects, including a version of the top without lettering, and Simplify3D factory files. Please comment or message me if you have any questions! Printer: Dremel 3D Idea Builder Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3mm (bottom), .2mm (top) Infill: none (bottom), 10% (top) Post-Printing Finalizing the prize! The bottom is a shell, so I dumped in about 40 airsoft pellets before hot-gluing the top on. How I Designed This Using Sonrisa3D's model as the starting point, I did the following things: Used Meshmixer to reduce the complexity of the original model by 70% and flattened the "top" of the bottom piece so it sits flat on the surface Used Tinkercad to add extruded lettering to the chili top Used 123D Design to add embossed lettering to the sides - this was NOT easy to do. I drew a box around the pepper, placed angled text on each side, extruded the text into the pepper as a new object (one for each side), solid split each text object, deleted any text object that was "inside" the shell, and pulled each text object 1mm below the surface of the bottom's outside layer to emboss it.
