The default scale is crafted for a youngster, yet it can be easily scaled up for an adult. A child-friendly tsuba (hand guard) and tsuka (handle) were skillfully designed in Fusion 360. The tsuka snugly mates into the circular recess on the bottom of the tsuba. Additionally, there's a precisely positioned 9mm hole running through both the tsuba and tsuka to accommodate a rod that securely runs through an EVA foam blade, thereby maintaining rigidity throughout. The rectangular channel on top of the Tsuba is thoughtfully designed to have the EVA foam blade rest comfortably inside. To imitate the distinctive diamond pattern, the tsuka can be expertly wrapped in cord or rope.
